New Appointed Of General Manager Of The Samabe Bali Resort & Villas, Mr. Ralf Luthe

The new art & lifestyle retreat in the southern part of Nusa Dua, Bali, SAMABE BALI RESORT & VILLAS is delighted to welcome the new General Manager, Mr. Ralf Peter Luthe.

Born in German, hospitality runs in Mr. Ralf Luthe family’s blood. His parents and other members of his family operate hotels in Germany and in young years he was always part of this operation and was asked to help where ever help is needed within a hotel.

Mr. Ralf Luthe followed what his parents have done for a long time. He was just 15 years when he started his first Job in a big leisure resort in the Bavarian Alps leaning all the key basic of a good luxury resort. He left Germany when he was 20 years old and join luxury hotel chain groups in London, Paris, Abu Dhabi, Bangkok and Singapore. He arrived in Bali many years back to start working for independent owners.

In 2011 he offered to operate and start up one of the most exciting new up-market luxury resorts calls the SAMABE BALI RESORT & VILLAS, the first and only luxury all inclusive resort in Bali.
Prior to joining with SAMABE BALI RESORT & VILLAS, he had previously join the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali (the sister resort of SAMABE BALI RESORT & VILLAS) as General Manager for over 18 years.

Mr. Ralf Luthe is now 52 years, he has a wonderful Balinese wife and a 4 (four) years young daughter and 15 (fifteen) years young son who always help and support his carrier to make all his dreams comes true.
Yani S. Wongsowinoto Appointed As Director Of Sales & Marketing Of Samabe Bali Resort & Villas, Nusa Dua, Bali

Samabe Bali Resort & Villas is delighted to announce the appointment of Yani Wongsowinoto as Director of Sales & Marketing.

Graduated from Institut Hotelier ‘Cesar Ritz’, Switzerland, where he obtained diploma in Hotel Management. He started his career as Sales Executive at Malang’s Regent’s Park Hotel in East Java. Later, he moved to Bali and joined Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali at Tanjung Benoa as Sales & Marketing Manager. In 1997, he moved to The Legian Bali as Sales Manager and in 2002 promoted to Director of Sales for both The Legian and The Chedi Club at Tanah Gajah (GHM Resorts in Bali). In 2006, he was transferred by GHM to The Nam Hai, Hoi An, Vietnam as member of pre-opening management team as Director of Sales. In 2008, he went back to Bali to join Four Seasons Resorts Bali (Jimbaran Bay and Sayan) in the capacity of Director of Sales.

Another opportunity of pre-opening management team of Director of Sales & Marketing for The Danna, Langkawi in Malaysia came in late 2009 and he took this exciting role.

In Dec 2011, only almost a year of opening, The Danna Langkawi has won awards from HAPA (Hospitality Asian Platinum Awards): 3 Platinum and 5 Gold HAPA Awards including Best Resort of The Year and Service Excellence (Best 10 in Asia based on HAPA).

Samabe Bali Resort & Villas will be his 3rd pre-opening experience and he feels very excited for this new position, apart from coming back to Bali and the family of Samabe Group.
