Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali Announces the Appointment of Budi Haryanto as Executive Chef

Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso Bali delightfully announces the recent appointment of Mr. Budi Hariyanto as Executive Chef or Chef ‘Antok’ earlier this month. The all inclusive resort in Nusa Dua is convinced that Chef Antok will bring a touch to our high standards of food based on his culinary knowledge, enthusiasm of cooking and his desire of fancy flavors.

He stated that he loves to design customized menu with creating presentation “I prioritize on creating a menu with organic and herbs as ingredients. With different guests’ demands, customized menu with ‘sexy’ platting will be more engaging and satisfying for me.”

He studied culinary in Ambarukmo Sheraton Palace - Tourism Academy, then became the pre-opening team at Amanjiwo-Borobudur as well as pre-opening team at Berj al Arab Dubai. His concatenation of appointments enabled Chef Antok to join in a number of fascinating hotels such as Pavillian in Sydney, Bvlgary Resort Bali, Sheraton Maldives, The Edge Bali, Aston hotels in Jakarta and Potato Head Bali, before joining Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso Bali.
