Located at the white sandy beach of Nusa Dua area, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali announces the appointment of Vinod Singh as the new Indian Chef for Bumbu Delhi Restaurant. He is no stranger to any Indian cuisines, as previously been working and focusing on Indian cuisines.
Chef Vinod brings more than 10 years culinary expertise which gained from working various restaurants and hotels. “The aim of my life is to be a successfulChef through my passion and culinary journey, specifically a dedication for Indian cuisines.” It is the first thing that he said regarding his culinary life journey, Chef Vinod is in charge for a high quality and standard of the Indian foods and services at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali.His skill and passion offer an additional variety toIndian cuisines in our current menu that will more entice the taste buds journey to our guest.
He started his first job as a Commis III for Curry & Tandoor at The Connaught Hotel in New Delhi for almost 3 years, then he explored his skills as Commis II at The Lalit Hotel on 2012. His journey is continued to Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Ambrosia Bliss Restaurant, and Hotel Radisson Blu and for these past 2 years, Chef Vinod has dedicated himself at the Fusion Plaza Restaurant in Russia. By his appearance at the resort, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali believes that it will give different experience of Indian cuisine in our resort.
