Grand Mirage Resort Welcomes Executive Chef "Ganesha Pideksha" to Lead the Kitchen

Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Ganesha Pideksha as the new Executive Chef. He will oversee all culinary operations and drive innovation at the resort dining experiences.
With over 12 years of extensive experience in the culinary industry, Chef Ganesha brings a detail-oriented approach and expertise in a range of modern cooking techniques, including sous vide and molecular gastronomy. Originally from Jakarta, he has held senior positions at several star-rated hotels and restaurants around Indonesia as well as international destinations such as Dubai and Doha. His dedication to creativity and quality is sure to enhance the resort's culinary offerings.
His strong knowledge of various cuisines positions him well to lead and manage the resort’s six dining venues. These include Ibu Kitchen, the signature Indonesian restaurant; Bumbu Delhi, which specializes in Indian cuisine; Jukung Grill, the beachfront grill restaurant; Grand Café, the all-day dining venue; Mahi-Mahi, a relaxed spot by the Family Paradise main pool; and Rama Stage, renowned for its themed buffet dinners. In addition to the dining venues, Chef Ganesha will also oversee in-room dining services and catering events, accommodating up to 250 guests.
