Bali - Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has added Pilates Reformer to its range of resort activities, offering guests a new way to stay active during their Bali getaway.
Each session is guided by an experienced Pilates instructor, with a focus on controlled movement, strength, flexibility and balance. Pilates Reformer sessions are available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 AM at Cools Lounge.
Guests are required to book one day in advance to secure their session.
With this new addition, guests can enjoy a wellness-focused activity as part of their stay while experiencing the resort’s range of leisure, dining and recreation facilities.
