Agoes Hartawan has built his career in hospitality industry for more than 15 years. He started his first job at a 5 star hotel, Grand Hyatt, in 1999 as a Front Office staff. His perseverance, open-mindedness, and enthusiasm in developing himself have led him to the current position.

Before joining Grand Mirage Resort, Agoes was trusted by Shanti Collection Luxury Property Group to introduce 5 hotels and villas to the international market. This job required him to travel around Asia and Europe which opened his door to worldwide market.

His experiences and positive attitudes have persuaded Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali to select him as the new Director of Sales among other candidates. On July 1, 2014, Agoes Hartawan was officially announced as the new the leader of the Sales department at Grand Mirage Resort.
