Anil Chandra, The New Indian Cuisine Chef at Grand Mirage Resort

(Tanjung Benoa, Bali) - ‘’The aim of my life to be a successful chef and always be in the contact of food’’ the words come from our new Indian Chef Anil Chandra who is now in charge in our high quality of Indian food and service throughout the Bali all inclusive resort.

His skill, passion and fond of foods offer an additional variety to Indian cuisine available in our vast menu items.

He learned Indian culinary when he joined the college and started his career with his own cuisine in different working experiences. He had worked as Commis Chef at The Connaught Hotel in New Delhi, as a Kitchen Associate in Indian Curry/Tandoor at Hotel The Radisson Blu, Ludhiana, as a Culinary Associate at Jaypee Palace Agree by Japee Group and his experience was also including at Trident Agra by (Oberoi Group) as a Culinary Associate for the last 1 year,

As he presently working with Grand Mirage and Samabe Leisure, we hope his flavors and techniques will equally entice and delight those who fancy Indian cuisine.
