You may be hearing news about the seismic activity of Mount Agung which is located in the North East of Bali, whereby the distance to Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso Bali is about 75 KM away. The alert level for the volcano has been downgraded from lever 4 to level 3
We would like to assure you that all the tourism stakeholders, including hotel, resort, tourist attraction and airport are still running as normal. We would say that Bali tourism is still safe. However, no expert can predict accurately when Mount Agung will erupt, it is an act of God, thus no one will know the impact until it actually happens. Therefore, there are nine alternative airports outside of Bali had been prepared for diverting flights if volcanic ash is detected.
However, the decision is yours and we respect it and kindly discuss with your travel consultant for the available options.
Should the airport is closed due to volcanic eruption and your airline is unable to fly on your check out date, then you need to extend your stay, we will provide one night complimentary stay for the first night. For the next night, we will assist you with your stay at a very special rate 25% discount from best available rate, inclusive as following:
